How do you retrieve your information after it getting deleted?

I was making a tree for homework and i then went to log in and it went back to the page and it said you have started again. I AM SO FUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!angrynobroken heart

If you are logged in when you create your family tree, then your information is saved automatically.
