If the biography notes are not saved (sometimes has to be twice) and you inadvertantly click on another person it deletes that persons notes and replaces it with the unsaved biog notes. Very frustrating! Is there any way to back track and retrieve the deleted notes?

I'm afraid not. But we will look into the problem you raise of the bio notes not always saving.
