My family member is not getting the email from Family Echo. What should I do? .

I have found it better to create an actual email and copy/ paste the link to the member (sending it yourself) instead of sending an email from the server.

Ask them to check their Spam or Junk folders. When I tested my tree by sending a link to one of my other email addresses, the email was in the Junk folder.
