Share command is not working

Question

Trying to share my tree with other family members, have included their email etc but it doesn't send. With part of the tree on screen I can email to another family member, testing this on my wife's e address that works OK but I find that my wife can access/ edit the whole tree. Unchecking the access allowed box does not help.

Please check you are logged out of your own account when you access the link you sent to your wife's email address. If you are still logged in that would explain why you can edit the tree.

To share the tree where you are having problems, please copy the link that you get and send it directly from your own email. This will also ensure that the email arrives to your family members.
