How do I show the grandparents siblings?

On the tree I'm currently working on, if I click on "Me" at the base of the tree, the grandparents siblings go away, and the line between the grandparent and their parents becomes a dotted line to the right. However, if I click on anyone above "Me", as in the father or stepmother, the grandfathers siblings show up. I simply want to be able to see the entire tree at once, but setting everything to '15 gens' doesn't seem to change anything.

If you click above "Me" are you still able to see the lower generations, or is someone else from the tree missing?

Clicking on "Me" hides the grandparents siblings behind a dotted line, but clicking anywhere above "Me" shows them. For simplicity, here are two screenshots, one showing the focus on "Me", with the missing branch of the tree being between Matthar and his father Brandon, and the second showing the missing branch of the tree when focusing on "father", http://imgur.com/a/LXSE6
Thanks for posting the pictures - that made it very clear to see what you mean. I'm afraid you won't be able to see both your mother's family and the siblings of the grandparents on your father's side. You should be able to see all of one of the sides of your family, but not both.
Ah well, thanks for the help
