Can I reorder siblings without knowing date of birth?

As the program asked, I started from myself and worked up and out through the generations to build out the family tree. However my ancestor was not the first child of their parents and if I add other siblings without knowing their date of birth they appear after my ancestor in the tree, not in order of birth.
Is there a way to reorder the siblings without deleting all the info added already or added an incorrect birth year just to place them properly.

You can, but there are a few steps (nothing difficult though):

1. Select one of the siblings in question
2. Select "More Actions" at the bottom of their little info panel thing
3. Select "Change Sibling Order."
4. From there, you can move them to their proper placements by selecting "Move Left," which'll make them older, or "Move Right," which'll make them younger
