How to make it so the names don't cut off to the next line

I'm trying to make a family tree but my grandmothers name is getting cut off while printing. Like it shows the first letters and then one letter at the next line, which I don't want. Can you guys help me please.

Have you tried going into Options and adjusting Box width: and/or Text size:?

I tried that, but it only changes how it looks on the website and not how it looks when printing.

You need to check the box next to "Use tree sizes" for it to use what you set "Box width" and/or "Text size" to be.
