How to get more colour labels

the first few people i made in my family tree have colour labels to choose from. why don't all people have that? can i get more of them?

In the Personal tab when you're editing, the arrow next to the Given names: text box when selected lets you put in cetain extra info such as nicknames, label colours is one of these extra inputs.
