Can we have nationality/ethnic/race field?

I notice there is no nationality/ ethnic/race field in FamilyEcho

This is a very old question so you may have figured it out already, but if you go to the "Biography" section on a person, you can add a custom field at the bottom and have it display on the tile. You can just name it nationality/ethnicity/race and fill it in like normal.
