How do I simply add a new baby?

Haven't looked at this tree for years, and now having trouble updating.  Simply have to include another grandchild who is already 4!  He needs to be included in the family, but I can't remember how I originally did all this!

Go to one of the child's parents and select "Add child" and after adding the child if need "More actions"--> "Set parents" if you need to define the child's relation to the parents.
