How do I add someone who's not related to me on my tree?

I've seen people who aren't related to themselves on other people's trees. They have nothing surrounding them. I don't undestand how the person cannot be a part of the actual tree. Does anyone know?

That is not a feature built into Family Echo. You could edit the PDF of your family tree any way you want in a PDF editor.
