The family could not be added to an account

Hi, I want to add a family to my account, but when I click the button "Add to Account", there is a message "The family could not be added to your account - please try again." I didn't face this issue in the past. It doesn't work now, even though I try several times. What's wrong?

Where do you see the "add to account" button?
In the right upper corner of the screen of family tree. There are 4 buttons - Save / Add to Account / My Account / Logout
I see the other three, but not Add to Account. How do you want to add a family to your account? maybe there is another way.
On the page of family that was created by me there is not this button Add to Account. There are only the other 3 buttons. However, this family was created by my friend, she sent me a link and now I'd like to add this family to my account. In the past it was easy. I clicked on that button "Add to Account" and the family created by one of my friends was added to the list of my families. It doesn't work now and the error message "The family could not be added to your account - please try again." pops up.
Do you have any idea whether there is another way how to add family to my account, please?
You will probably have to use the leave feedback link for this. But I think this post has enough information now, so maybe just ask them to take a look at this thread by sending them a link to it.
