Adding a Husbands family created a new tree. Can I show husbands tree with my tree.

In order to show husbands family I have to goto account and switch to husbands family . Other family members won't be able to see husbands tree because they won't have it under their account. Is there another way to show both tree's on my tree? Some kind of link or something or add it to my tree? Did I create his family the wrong way?
