My Tree is glitching

So I recently started having problems with my Family trees its not just one but its all of them. They won't let me move anyone and I can't view other people but the parents, my generation and my children. Is there anyway to fix it? I tried restarting my laptop, I tried closing the window, and nothings working.

Do you have the same problem if you look at your family tree on another browser or on another computer?
