Family Echo Family Tree Loading Error

Hello! I haven't checked out the Family Echo family tree in a minute and when I logged in I got the following error message.

"This family could not currently be loaded. This may be due to occasional system maintenance, so please try again in a few hours."

Are the servers currently down? Any help would be great because I forgot to back it up on my device.

There was some downtime on one of the family servers. It should be fixed now. FYI in case of something really catastrophic, we do also have multiple backups. And we encourage you to do the same!
