Referring same person across other relation in family tree

I have couple of instances where same person is related to different person in the family tree. Is it possible to choose existing person in the family tree other branches like my sister in law to related to my maternal uncle daughter. If we add new person in creating this relationship then family tree is no representing correct relation. Is it possible to modify GEDCOM directly for this?

The tools to do this are built into Family Echo. "Add partner/ex" then "partner with someone already oin tree". Or "More Actions" then "Set parents" then you can pick their parents from the text fields (they are actually drop downs).
