Is it possible to change the language of the family tree?

I just need to be able to change the words born and died in the individual boxes for each person from English to another language, and I'm not aware how to do so.

There is no built in internationalization in Family Echo. You could use an extension that translates pages. If you just need to display it on a webpage or print it, you could download the HTML, open the file in a text editor, search for these strings, and edit them:

1. ey+="Born "+bs+
2. ey+="Died "+ds+

This probably voids your license to use the file.
