How to add the grandparent's unrelated partner and their children to the visible tree?

The issue seems to be that in both partner orientations the program wants to put her where the other grandparents are already being shown, causing the tree to cut off.

I'll provide a link to the tree so you can see the situation for yourself. I was focusing on Cobala Oathe, and the issue is with Ally Rone's partner.

It looks like. you are doing everything right, as far as seeing as much of the tree as possible goes. You have the options set "all the way up" for parents, children, and other.

There might be other programs that have different rules for displaying a tree, so you might be able to export your GEDCOM file and import it into another program for printing, but I don't have any idea what program you would try. Maybe someone else will chime in with a suggestion.

Also, thanks for providing a link to your tree. That made it much easier to see what you were talking about.
