How do I get my half-aunt to show up in my direct tree without clicking on the shared parent?

Have you tried the Parents, Children, and Other settings under Options (at the bottom of the screen)?

I don't actually know what a half-aunt is, so you might get a better answer from someone who does, or by saying what it is.

Do you mean step-aunt? Your Step-Mom/Step-Dad's sister?
