Can a send my Family tree to a printing company and have the entire family tree printed out on a poster?

I have 4 generations in the family tree I am creating and I want to get it printed for a gift for my mom. Am I able to send this to let's say Walgreens and get it printed on a poster size?

When you print your family tree from Family Echo, it creates 1 or more PDF files, and I'm pretty sure that most photo printing places can print a PDF file. You probably want a one page PDF file, so you probably want to specify A0 size paper.
