my mother's aunt's have childeren who are married to eachother, how can i put that in the family tree?

Click on one of the siblings, then on the "Add partner/ex" button on the left. Click on "Partner with someone already in tree", and pick the other sibling.

If you meant "mother's aunts", then change sibling to cousin in the above sentence.
