How to indicate the children are from a married couple (mother and father)?

On my family tree, the branch for the children either stem from the mother or the father instead of branching from the link between their mother and father. How may I fix this?

it sounds like one of their parents isn’t listed as being their parent. The child is being viewed as a child of only one of the parents. Click on the child’s box in the left panel click Change or delete, Change Parents, set Father to [Name of the father] or set Mother to [Name of the Mother]
