My Fathers parents were first cousins how do I incorporate that information in to my tree

I( think the only thing you can do is to add this information on Bio under Biographical on left hand side.

You would show the parents of each of your parents. Their respective children would be your Mom and Dad. Then try to establish a partner relationship. Try using the Change Partner feature where you pick someone from the tree.
