Is there a way to search a family tree by surname at birth

Question 1

I have a large family tree and i want to be able to find people by the name they had before they were married. Is this possible?

Usually i google it putting in both mumma and dad names and as much info in search line as i can. Takes while but u will get there. Hope this helps. M.
