Hello! This is possible, but with some extra steps. First, you'll need to click on "Download" on the menu of the bottom of your screen, select the "Plain text" option and download the file.
This will create a TXT file that consists of a list of each individual person on their tree and all the info connected to them: Partners, parents and so on - including interests. You are now free to print the whole file, delete info you are not interested in (i. e. partners) or copy specific people/adjacent info and print them individually. Only downloading/printing bio info is - as far as I know - not possible.
