Hello! You can't directly import info from a spreadsheet - you can only import GEDCOM files. However, it is possible to convert Excel/XLSX files to GEDCOM via different online tools, and some of them are free to use. I have never tried any of them though, so you'd need to Google around a bit yourself and find a program that suits your needs and find out how a spreadsheet needs to be organized for the conversion to work.
