For my family tree I use images with a transparent background. So far, background has always been filled in as white. For all previously uploaded images, it is still filled in as white. When I uploaded a new image today, suddenly the background is being filled in black. I even tried old pictures - they are now also being shown with black background. Why is this and how can I fix it?

There was a server upgrade over the weekend, so this is likely related to that. However I just tested a transparent PNG and it was filled in with white as expected. Would you be willing to send over an example of an image you're having a problem with, so we can take a look. If so please reach out via the feedback page, then we'll reply and you can reply with the attachment: https://www.familyecho.com/?page=feedback
