How do I get back to the editing screen?

The tree now fills my whole screen and I can figure out how to add or edit

If you're on mobile, select the pencil in the top right corner, it will let you edit the person you currently have selected.

If you're on desktop, select the to ">>" in the bottom right corner, it will reshow the sidebar I assume you hid by selecting "<<".
