We are working on genealogy research. One of my students created an account last week. Family Echo does not recognize her credentials. We are at school using school-issued Chromebooks. She only has one email. I know that she created an account because I was helping with some tree questions. If she tries to reset the password, Family Echo doesn't recognize it.

As far as I know, it is possible to contact familyecho.com via the Feedback Form and describe the situation. If your student is able to offer info about her account (i. e. account name, name of the tree(s) she has created and names of the people on the tree with life data (if she knows any on top of her head) the adminstrator of FamilyEcho might be able to recover her account.
