I have forgotten my password so how do I change it?

logout, start to sign in, but select I forgot my username or password instead, provide your username or email so the site can email you a rest link. Once you open the emailed link, your new password will be emailed to you.

If you don't like your new password, you can change it when you're logged in by, selecting Change Password located next to your username, and putting your current password in alongside your new desired password.

If you have forgotten your Family Echo password, you can reset it from the Family Echo sign-in page. Click “I forgot my username or password” and follow the instructions to reset your password. You can enter the username or email address associated with your account on the password reset page.

After receiving the reset instructions, create a new password and use it to sign in again. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you are using the email address linked to your Family Echo account.
