Hello! To change the relationship from "ex-partner" to "married", you'll need to click on one of the partners, choose the "More Options" button on the side bar an then "Change partners".
Now you'll be able to change the partner of person A to "extra partner" or "primary partner" (if they are monogamously married, it's probably "primary partner").
If you want to further specify that the couple are not merely in a current relationship but married, you can choose to edit the tab "Partners" (above the buttons "Add brother/sister", "Add partner/ex-partner" and above the fields where you can enter names, life dates and such). There, you can specify whether a couple is married, seperated, divorced etc. This is, however, merely flavor/information for viewers/yourself - other than ex-partner/extra partner/primary partner, this information doesn't change the visuals of the tree.
