How to force a person to the LEFT or RIGHT

I am trying to build my family tree but the website keeps adding people from my mom's side inside the dad side.

The relationships are correct, but visually it's a nightmare. How do you visually keep the mom and the dad sides separate?

If you don't input Maman's sibling's birthdate, you can change the order to move them to the left, (which typically implies that they are the older sibling).

Click on Maman's sibling and edit them > click "More actions..." > click "Change sibling order" > and click "Move left (born earlier)" and hit "Done".

I have the same problem, and it's very frustrating. The whole sibling line jumps from one side of the family from the other, crossing over from mother's side to father's side of the family. Please help.
