When I use it, and finally show the completed thing to my family, is there a way to see the whole thing?

Have you tried changing the options for the number of generations shown? The options link is at the bottom of the screen.

Idk if you've found the answer to this yet, but the solution is to look at the bottom of the page, find "Options" (theres a gear icon next to it) and find the "Tree View" dropdown menu. "Fulle Tree" should be an option among some others that are fun to try out!

Increasing the number of generations shown definitely helps. If you still want to see everyone in your family tree, you can also try changing the Tree View to Complete under Options. For very large trees, Family Echo may still split the display or require zooming out, but this is usually the best way to view as much of the tree as possible. If you're planning to share it with family, exporting or printing the tree as a PDF can also make it easier to view.
