One side of the tree line is much longer between spouses and the other side is not. Can I fix this?

Is there a former partner? The only time I get a line between spouces that isn't equal is when there is a former partner involved. Can you give us a little more information?

Hi,
There is no former partner involved, but there is a child without the current partner. I have had an answer from familyecho that it has to do with the algorithm.
