I haven't been on my family tree for nearly two years, and now it won't let me edit my account.

I also can't access the 'Partners' tab or the 'Biographical' tab even just to view it.

Any chance you are using Safari on an iPad with iOS 8? If so, there is a known problem editing details which we are trying to fix. You could try using Chrome or a different browser if you have one.

If not, please comment below and we will look into the problem you are having with Family Echo.
