How to indicate the number of children for a couple if I don’t want to list each child individually (like +6)?

I just want to put somewhere something like '+6' to indicate that they had 6 children, and then list just two of them, because I do not know all names.

There is not built in functionality for this built into Family Echo, but you could enter that information as a biological note for each parent. However, it is more common to add people with unknown names to the tree, and either leave the name field(s) blank, or put a placeholder in.
